I'm an instructional designer and eLearning developer dedicated to transforming complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences. My work helps adult learners build the knowledge and decision-making skills they need to perform effectively in real-world situations.

The Applied Instructional Design Certification is the culmination of a 9-month program, Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA). I mastered the content of 400+ lessons, received extensive coaching, and completed a rigorous set of learning activities with practice, feedback, and multiple revisions. I finished the program having created simulated client projects by applying a range of skills and techniques.
